▶ 분자신경생물학실험실
⚫ 자폐증을 포함한 신경발달장애질환 및 알츠하이머, 파킨슨, 치매 등을 포함한 퇴행성 뇌질환 등의 신경질환의 발병 요인을 유전적 및 환경적 측면에서 접근하여 이들 질환의 기전을 밝히고 궁극적으로 임상학적 적용 가능성을 제시 것을 목표로 하고 있습니다.
⚫ 실험동물 마우스와 랫드를 이용한 in vivo 모델 및 신경줄기세포와 초대배양신경세포를 이용한in vitro 모델을 주요 연구 모델로 사용하고 optogenetic, stereotaxic surgery, immunofluorescence staining, behavior test, realtime PCR, western blot 등의 분자생물학적 기법을 통해 신경질환의 기전을 규명하고 있습니다.
▶ Molecular Neurobiology Laboratory (MNL)
⚫ Our laboratory is interested in exploring the cause of neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder and neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and dementia.

Our projects
examine genetic and environmental factors that neurodevelopmental influence using
optogenetic,
behavior tests, stereotactic surgery, and techniques of molecular biology.

Our goal
is to use what we are finding out to promote a more effective treatment of neurological diseases such as neurodevelopmental disorders and neurodegenerative diseases.
